What is the standard delivery time for buggies and strollers?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days. Premium express delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
Do your products come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Johnston Prams & Buggies come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering any structural defects or mechanical issues.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are the fabrics used in your prams machine washable?
Most of our seat liners and hoods are removable and machine washable at 30 degrees. We recommend air drying to maintain the fabric's integrity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the UK, Ireland, and select European countries. Please refer to our shipping page for a full list of supported regions and rates.
