At Johnston Prams & Buggies, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
